Birch oil

I use this on my feet, especially when pain and inflammation is at an all-time high. I’ve only used this a handful of times being that I’ve just received it a couple of days ago. I came super fast in the mail. And I immediately applied it to my tops of my feet and I could feel the difference immediately.

Where has this been all of my life?
Joint pain,arthritis, overworked muscles .This is what wakes me up or keeps me from sleeping. Not anymore! I keep it in the nightstand ,a few drops rubbed in skin where the pain is, and back to sleep I go . So grateful.

I was hoping it could replace the ibuprofen for the pain I’ve been having in my thumbs. It does alleviate the pain but only for about 2 to 3 hours. So I’m using it as much as I can, but there are times where I need to last longer so I just go ahead with ibuprofen.
I hope to check the shop for other items they may have that I might find helpful. I just haven’t gotren to it yet.
