I received the birch oil I ordered and have been using it twice each day on my foot. I have plantar fasciitis which has been so flared up. Two things happened. First the skin on my heels is always dry and hard from wearing sandals. Now its soft and smooth. Second and more important, the pain while not gone is greatly reduced. Its also reduced pain from arthritis in my fingers. I highly recommend it!
I've used birch for lots of things, from starting fires to carving spoons, but I never realized what a good medicine it can be! It's an effective pain reliever, and it starts working right away! ...and I smell delicious. Recommended!

THE BIRCH OIL IS SO WONDERFUL THAT I ORDERED 2 MORE BOTTLES! WE USE IT ON EVERYTHING, FROM SORE MUSCLES TO INSECT BITES! I GOT STUNG BY A BEE THIS MORNING AND PUT A DROP OF THE BIRCH OIL ON IT, RUBBED IT IN REAL GOOD, AND WITHIN SECONDS, THE PAIN BEGAN TO SUBSIDE AND IT BARELY SWELLED TOO! I'M SOLD!!!!!
