Relief finally!!!!
After suffering over a decade with hot flashes.
I tried commercial black cohosh. it did nothing. Then I met Amelia I figured I would give it a try. Lo and behold Relief!!!!
I recommend it to everyone I meet that has hot flashes. We do not all metabolize things the same way, but it doesn’t hurt to try.
