I got the gut heal tea, I thought it would taste bad, it’s good 😋. My gut thinks me with every cup. I drink it first in the morning and at night when I Sit down for the night. I was getting up and peeing 3 times a night now I might get up once. When I drink the tea it makes me feel good all day.
I like the flavor. I just started to drink it recently
