Herbal Stuffy Nose Steam

Dried thyme, oregano, and cedar. Put a spoonful into a glass or ceramic bowl and pour a cup or so of boiling water over it. Lean your face over the bowl and breathe in the steam, holding a towel over your head to help keep the steam in. Hold for at least 5 minutes, then blow your nose heavily.
