Pour a little of this into a shot glass and then put it in your mouth and swish for 10 to 20 minutes. Spit out into the trash can, so The oil won't clog up your sink drain. Swish at least once a day as part of your oral healthcare routine. After 1 month, take a break and swish with plain coconut oil for 4 weeks. Then you can go back to swishing with the comfrey oil. 4 ounce glass bottle. KEEP BOTTLE IN DARK CUPBOARD NOT EXPOSED TO SUNLIGHT.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE this product if you have a compromised liver or drink alcohol excessively. Do NOT use this product long term consecutively.

It's too soon to tell, but when I use this, my mouth does feel cleaner, and any minor gum and tooth sensitivity is relieved. I will report back after consistent use.

Did not know comfrey oil was the best for pulling till about a year ago, I like small businesses and your product. The mullein in the order kicked in right away and been out for two weeks, nice. Used cheap shipping snail mail, packed Thursday and received Monday, perfect.
